. . . but someone requested I draw an androgynous red-haired male with (I believe) one pierced ear. That same someone also did so in a poll, a feature I now don't have access to.

So . . . if you're him/her, please contact me.

In other news, I'm not receiving all of my messages. So far: one favorite missed, one watch missed, both noticed only by coincidence. Anything else? Don't know.

That happened to me a month ago or so. Well, missing messages that is, not being contacted for a drawing. Lo and behold, I had no friends. It's something you never really look at on your own home page but you may want to check your friends box. ALL of my friends were there but unchecked so I was not receiving anything from them.

If it wasn't that, I remember reading a news note stating changes in the message center. It was talking about deleting excess messages in peoples account to streamline the new design but it was somewhere in the neighborhood of having over 10,000 notes. Perhaps a message of yours got deleted by mistake? Then again that shouldn't happen with system messages... Either that or random dA bug? Seems like we're quite popular these days; I'm sure their servers are being taxed with the influx of idiots... I mean, people who take photos with cell phones, call it art, and treat dA like myspace. Not that I'm bitter.

Good luck getting it sorted out.

Haha, believe me, I'm not much of a pack-rat when it comes to messages. I can only hope I'd be worthy one day of 10,000 notes. Bugs, however, hmm . . .

Yeah . . . I'll go ahead and admit that I'm bitter. There are so many spaces taken by people who've left, people who as you say treat it like a myspace, and people who just join for faves and the like. It's especially annoying when one of them has a username you thought of (bananapanda was infuriatingly taken by someone who hadn't been on in years).
