The Sin-deed syndicate is run by the seven most powerful mob bosses in a city of sin and virtue. The leaders themselves are flawed in some manner (their "sin") and possess some unfathomable power or ability (their "virtue"). Sir Oswin Sloth has lead the syndicate to prosperous times for centuries alongside his boon companion, a mister James Greed, partially due to his sin, slowing his time to the point at which meetings between the leaders of the syndicate last sometimes for months and are often conducted through short movements and nods as opposed to speech.

Recently, however, the fellowship of crime has fallen apart, and with the movement of several of the less virtuous leaders and figures of power, the righteous sins of yesteryear have fallen to false virtues and wicked goals.
